HANDY Person/REPAIR Person must have your own tools and ability to do general repairs: leaking  faucets and drains, able to change doors, knobs, painting, remodeling, including window installation.

CLEANING
Indoor cleaning, must have your own supplies, vacuum, etc 
Outdoor cleaning and dump runs, Lawn work and trimming bushes.

All employees are part time to start.

You may be hired as a sub contractor if you possess: 1.) State Fund Exemption or workers' compensation Insurance and 2.) liability insurance and 3.)independent contractor's license. 

Please get copies of each to our office along with experience and expected hourly rate.

Wage depends on experience.
