Open Door Management Company Inc was incorporated in the state of Montana in 2005.

Courtney Craig obtained her Property Management license in 2015.

 She is the Manager of Open Door Management Company Inc

Carol Lester Huftel obtained her Property Management License in 2005.

Carol  is a graduate of The University of Montana-Missoula with a Bachelor Degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Management. She later attended Montana Tech, taking many accounting and tax courses, and  earned her Enrolled Agent status in 2011.

We participate in Property Management continuing education courses every year, we know the laws, 

and have over a decade of experience managing investment properties in Butte MT.
